Delivery time
All orders in Sweden are delivered within 10-14 work days. For orders in Europe, the delivery time is extended with 3-9 days. For orders outside of Europe, the delivery time is extended with 10-15 days. We do not take responsibility for extra fees or taxes due to customs.

Payments are made directly by Visa or Master card, Payson with internet transfer or credit card, or with invoice.

Payment conditions
When buying with invoice, a payment period of 20 days will be set from the day the order was made. The invoice will only be delivered by e-mail to the adress given in the order. If the invocie is not payed within the 20 days, a new invoice will be sent. If not payed, "inkasso" will be noticed. All invoices are handeled by JI Finance. Payments with payson or directly by credit card, are made with either credit card or internet transfer.

Returns
If you regret your purchase, you can return your product or exchange it to another product or size. You have to inform Ung Cancer by email admin@ungcancer.se. We have a 14 day returns policy, that comes into effect from the day you receive the goods from us. As the customer you are responsible for the return costs.
Privacy policy
The information you provide us with, related to your order, is stored so no one outside of our organization can access it. We don’t share any of your information, unless its necessary to effectuate your order, or has a direct relevance to your purchase. That means that we don’t sell, rent or in any way utilize your information to something other than the purpose for which they were originally submitted.
