Payment/invoice

Which ways of payment are there?
You can choos to pay directly by credit card, or by invoice. You have 20 days to pay your invoice. If payment is not made within the set period of time, a new invoice will be sent and you will be charged a reminder fee according to set swedish laws.

Can we place an order as a company?
You can always make a direct payment with your company credit card. Unfortenately we are not able to create an invoices for companies when buying in our webshop. If you would like to place an order and pay with invoice, contact admin@ungcancer.se

Why did I not recieve an invoice in my delivery?
The invoice is sent directly by e-mail when the order is placed, which is noted in our payment conditions. If you did not recieve your invoice, please contact admin@ungcancer.se so we can help you.

Can you check if you got my invoicepayment?
All the invoices created in our web shop are handeled by JI Finance. If you have questions regarding your payment, please contact them on kundservice@jifinace.se or +46 31-7307140.

Am I able to place an order outside of Sweden?
We do accept payments and deliver outside of Sweden. Though, we only accept payments with credit card and can't create invoices to companies not situated in Sweden.

There is an error when trying to pay with my credit card. What do I do?
Maybe your web browser do not accept cookies. In order for you to make your payment, cookies must be accepted. Scroll down to other questions and find the help you need to easily change the settings yourself.
